Composition:

Each 5ml contains:

Calcium phosphate (Tribasic) (BP) 150mg

Vitamin D3 (BP) 300 IU

Dosage:

Infants: ¼ teaspoon

Children:  ½ -1 teaspoon

Adults: 2-3 teaspoon

To be taken 2-3 times a day after meals or use as directed by the physician. Shake well before use.
