SARTAN
Sartan (Losartan Potassium) Tablet is used to treat raised blood pressure in adults and children above 6 years. It also treats renal disease and types 2 disease-induced hypertension. Reducing blood pressure lowers the chances of heart attacks, strokes, heart failures, and angina pains.
Usage: Sartan Tablet is used to treat hypertension in adults and children above 6 years. It contains Losartan as an active ingredient and belongs to the anti-hypertensive class of drugs. It works by blocking the activation of the angiotensin receptor.
Package contains: It contains 10 tablets of 50mg. Also available as: Sartan-H 50/12.5mg Tablets.

Side Effects:
Some side effects may be caused by this medicine, but they are extremely rare.
Side effects can include:
- Hypersensitivity
- Allergic reactions
- Bronchitis
- Nausea
- Constipation
- High Blood sugar levels
It can also cause Fainting, symptoms of a high potassium blood level (such as muscle weakness, slow/irregular heartbeat). Inform your doctor if you are allergic to the active ingredients of Tablet.
