Cyprodiol Tablets are B.P Specs ( Cyproterone Acetate B.P + Ethinylestradiol B.P.) by Saffronis, an oral medication, 21 tablets. It is commonly used for hormonal acne, hirsutism, PCOS, and irregular periods in women.

Package Contains: Each Cyprodiol package contains 21 oral tablets & a leaflet.

Composition: Each film coated tablet contains:  Cyprodiol

Cyproterone acetate B.P 2mg

Ethinylestradiol B.P 35mcg

Product complies with B.P specs

Dosage: As directed by the Physician.

Indications / Uses: Cyprodiol Tablets are indicated for the following: Adults:

  • Severe acne: Treating persistent acne and oily skin (seborrhea) in women when topical treatments or systematic antibiotics have failed.
  • Hirsutism: Managing unwanted or excessive body and facial hair growth caused by
  • PCOS: Help in managing PCOS
  • Hormonal Regulation: Helping regulate irregular, painful, and heavy menstruation.

Dosage & Administration:

  • Adults: Dose depends on the condition being. Your doctor will decide the correct. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
  • Children: Dose depends on age and body. Use only if a doctor advised. Not recommended unless clearly.

Side Effects / Adverse Reactions: Cyprodiol tablets can cause common side effects like nausea, vomiting, headache, stomach cramps, weight changes, breast tenderness, spotting, and mood swings.

Warnings: Cyprodiol tablets should be avoided if you have severe liver disease, are allergic to its ingredients and have pregnancy etc.

Precautions: Use Cyprodiol tablets cautiously if you have diabetes, experience mood changes, have high blood pressure, and are overweight, etc.
