L-Methyl Folate (JECFA) 400mcg

Myo Inositol (USP) 1000mg

Vitamin D3 (USP) 2000IU

Dosage: Use 1-2 sachets daily or as directed by the Physician.

Directions For Use: Mix the contents of the sachet in a glass of water and use immediately. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
