NERVITA (L-methylfolate, Pyridoxal Phosphate, Methylcobalamin) by TABROS are 20 tablets. It is specially formulated to meet the nutritional needs of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains:

L-methylfolate calcium 3 mg.

Pyridoxal – 5’ – Phosphate  35mg.

Methylcobalamin 2mg.

Dosage: Directed by the healthcare professional. For detailed information, please see the insert. For oral use only.

Dosage & Administration: The recommended dose is one tablet twice daily (B.I.D.) or as directed by the healthcare professional.

Indication/Uses: NERVITA tablets are indicated for the distinct nutritional requirements of patients with endothelial dysfunction who present with loss of protective sensation and neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The tablets are also indicated for the distinct nutritional requirements of patients with endothelial dysfunction and/or hyperhomocysteinemia who present with lower extremity ulceration(s).

Contraindications: There have been rare reports of hypersensitivity (allergic-like reactions) to Nervita. Therefore, a known hypersensitivity to any of the components in the product is a contraindication to its use for any indication.

Side Effects: While allergic sensitization has been reported following both oral and parenteral administration of folic acid, allergic sensitization has not been reported with the use of Nervita. Acne, skin reactions, allergic reactions, photosensitivity, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, increased liver function test results, paresthesia, somnolence, nausea and headaches. Mild transient diarrhea, polycythemia vera, itching, transitory exanthema and the feeling of swelling of the entire body have been associated with methylcobalamin.

Instruction: Keep away from sunlight, heat and moisture.

Store in a cool and dry place below 30°C.

Keep out of reach of children.
