OLOTEK-DS
OLOTEK-DS (Olopatadine HCl USP) 0.2% W/V by Innvotek is a 5 mL sterile ophthalmic solution. Olopatadine is an antihistamine used to treat allergic conditions.
Package Contains: Each OLOTEK-DS package contains eye drops in a dropper bottle of 5ml and a leaflet.
Composition: 
Each ml contains:
Olopatadine HCl USP equivalent to Olopatadine 2mg.

Inactives and Purified Water.
Dosage: Instill 1 to 2 drops once a day in the eye(s) or as directed by the physician. See package insert for further detail.
Dosage & Administration: The recommended therapy of Olotek-DS eye drops are one to two drops in the affected eye(s) once a day or as directed by the ophthalmologist.
Uses/Indications: OLOTEK-DS is indicated for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis. Olopatadine is a non-sedating, topically effective antiallergic molecule that exerts its effects through multiple distinct mechanisms of action.
Olopatadine is also an inhibitor of pro-inflammatory cytokine secretion from human conjunctival epithiellal cells.
Side Effects: Headaches have been reported at an incidence of 7%. The following adverse experiences were reported in less than 5% of patients: asthenia, blurred vision, burning or stinging, cold syndrome, dry eye, foreign body sensation, hyperaemia, hypersensitivity, keratitis, lid oedema, nausea, pharyngitis, pruritus, rhinitis, sinusitis, and taste perversion. Some of these events are similar to the underlying disease being studied.
Instructions: Store in a cool and dry place between 4°C to 25°C. Protect from heat and sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children.
Caution: Use the solution within one month after first opening the bottle. For ophthalmic use only.
