Dosage & Administration: One tablet per day with a meal or as directed by the physician.

Uses: Bio-10+ is an ideal nutritional support for daily hair, nail & skin care with a range of micronutrients, vitamins, and antioxidants which contribute to the maintenance of normal skin, while minerals such as silicon & zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair & nail growth.
