PELTON-V (Domperidone Maleate) is in mint-flavoured 120 ml suspension. Domperidone maleate works by blocking dopamine receptors, which helps the stomach contract and empty faster while also reducing nausea signals sent to the brain. It is commonly used to relieve nausea and vomiting and to improve gastrointestinal motility, meaning the movement of food through the stomach and intestines.

Package Contains: Each PELTON-V package contains a suspension (syrup) bottle of 120ml. It is also available in the form of tablets.

Composition:

Each 5 ml contains

Domperidone Maleate BP eq. to Domperidone 5 mg.

Dosage: Use according to the medical advice. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.

Uses: PELTON-V suspension is indicated for:

Adults: Chronic gastritis, gastroparesis, regurgitant esophagitis, and agastric syndrome.

Children: Periodic vomiting.

Drug-induced: Dyspepsia such as nausea, vomiting, anorexia, abdominal distention, epigastric discomfort, and abdominal pain.

Pediatric Use: Care is needed particularly in infants under 1 year old, And continuous use over 7 days should be avoided in infants/children under 3 years old.

Pregnancy: The drug should be administered to pregnant women when judged that the potential benefit justifies the potential risk.

Lactations: Administration in large amounts should be avoided in nursing mothers.

Side Effects: It can cause cramping, diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal pressure, and rarely dry mouth, heartburn, nausea & vomiting.

Instruction:

Store in a cool & dry place, below 30°C.

Protect from heat & light.

Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
