Polygynax is a vaginal capsule. It contains Neomycin sulfate, Polymyxin B sulfate, and Nystatin. It is an antifungal medicine and helps to reduce vaginal infections, yeast infections, vaginal burning, and sensation.

Package Contains: Each Polygynax package contains 6 capsules.

Composition: Each vaginal capsule contains:

Neomycin sulfate 35,000 IU

Polymyxin B sulfate 35,000 IU

Nystatin 100,000 IU

(Laboratoire Innotech International specifications.)

Dosage & Administration: 1 capsule at bedtime for 12 days or as directed by the physician.

Uses/ Indications: It is used for Local treatment of vaginal infections, such as:

Treatment of vaginal bacterial infections.
Treatment of fungal infections such as candidiasis (yeast infection).
Relief from: Vaginal itching, Burning sensation, Irritation.
Abnormal vaginal discharge.
Mixed vaginal infections caused by both bacteria and fungi.

Side Effects: Like all medicines, Polygynax capsules may cause some side effects, such as:

Mild vaginal irritation.
Burning or itching after insertion.
Redness or discomfort.
Increased vaginal discharge temporarily.

Instruction: Do not store above 30°C. Keep out of the reach and sight of children for vaginal insertion. Do not swallow. To be used under medical supervision.
