Lorin-NSA  (loratadine U.S.P) by Asian continental 5mg/5ml is a 30 ml syrup. Loratadine is a second-generation antihistamine commonly used to relieve nasal and non-nasal allergy symptoms.

Package Contains: Each Lorin-NSA package contains a syrup bottle of 30ml.

Loratadine (U.S.P.) 5mg

Dosage & Administration:

Children 2 to 5 years of age: 1 teaspoonful (5 mg) once daily.

Adults and children 6 years of age & over: 2 teaspoonfuls (10 mg) once daily. Or as directed by the physician.

Indications: Lorin-NSA syrup is indicated for the relief of nasal and non-nasal symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis and for the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticarial in patients 2 years of age or older.

Contraindication: It is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to this medication or to any of its ingredients.

Precautions: Patients with liver impairment or renal insufficiency should be given a lower initial dose (10 mg every other day).

Pregnancy category B: Caution should be exercised when Lorin is administered to a nursing woman.

Adverse Effects: Common adverse reactions are headache, nervousness, and fatigue.
