POLYTEARS by OPTIMUS Polyethylene Glycol 400-B.P 0.4% | Propylene Glycol B.P 0.3% is a solution of ophthalmic sterile eye drops15mL (approx). It is a lubricant eye drop & used to relieve dry and irritated eyes by keeping them moist and comfortable.

Package Contains: Each POLYTEARS package contains approximately 15ml eye drops in a dropper bottle & a leaflet.

Composition:

Each ml contains:

Polyethylene Glycol 400 B.P 4mg.

Propylene Glycol B.P 3mg.

Inactives: Boric Acid, Calcium Chloride, Hydroxypropyl Guar, Magnesium Chloride, Sodium Perborate (as preservative), etc.

Dosage: Instill 1 drop, 1-2 times a day in the affected eye(s) as needed or as directed by the physician. See package insert for further details.

Uses: POLYTEARS Lubricant Eye Drops moisturizes the surface of your eyes for fast, long-lasting relief of the feelings of dryness, Irritation, burning, stinging, grittiness or foreign body sensation caused by environmental factors, such as dust, smoke, ozone, UV light rays, dry heat (radiator/sauna), air conditioning, wind drafts, cosmetics, or a reduced blink frequency due to prolonged television watching or concentrated computer screen work.

Dosage & Administration/ Directions: Instill 1 drop, 1-2 times a day in the affected eye(s) as needed.

Contraindications: People allergic to any ingredient in Poly Tears Lubricant Eye Drops should not use this product.

Warnings:

For ophthalmic use only.

Do not use: If this product changes color or becomes cloudy.

If you are sensitive to any ingredient in this product.

Adverse Reaction/ Side Effects: Stop use and ask a doctor if

You feel eye pain.

Changes in vision occur.

Redness or irritation of the eye(s) gets worse or lasts more than 72 hours.

Precautions: To avoid contamination, never touch the dropper tip of the container to any surface.

Replace cap after using.

Store in cool and dry place between 15°C-30°C.

Keep container tightly closed when not in use.

Use before the expiration date marked on the product.

Keep out of the reach of children.
